CEO Charlie Chupp came to Buena Vista, CO with a vision and a dream: develop affordable workforce housing. After many trials with other manufacturing companies he found one theme: they cut costs by cutting corners. Charlie knew he could do better and set out to build his own homes. Charlie passionately believes everyone deserves quality housing they can rely on for decades without breaking the bank.
Today that answer is a 110,000 sq. ft. factory, 1,000+ homes, and communities across the American West where our friends, colleagues, and neighbors can actually afford to live comfortably. We believe our product brings THE BEST value to the modular housing market. Period.

DISASTER RELIEF — Lahaina, Maui
On August 8, 2023, the deadliest U.S. wildfire in over a century destroyed Lahaina, Maui. Thousands were displaced overnight. Fading West was called in. Working alongside FEMA, DHHL, and Habitat for Humanity, we delivered 82 fully code-compliant modular homes in under 4 months.
