Fading West offers Owners and Developers a full suite of planning, manufacturing, development, and construction services to make any project a success. We work with a broad spectrum of customers including market-rate developers, non-profits and public/private ventures who can elect from our range of services to provide the highest quality product and implementation at the most attractive price.
We selectively pursue our own developments working with our investor partners to deliver attractive returns while supporting our mission of providing attainable housing in the communities where we invest.
